Narvik municipality shall switch to a cloud based trade system. The municipality is already using KOMTEK from Norkart AS today, and the aim of this procurement is to move the existing system onto Norkart ́s cloud based platform. The municipality has examined the market and finds that only KOMTEK from Nordkart AS satisfies the municipality ́s needs and can provide a comprehensive pre-system for municipal engineering services.
