Framework Agreement woven uniforms and accessories with flame retardent and/or IR requirements

Enligt förhandsannonsen beräknas upphandlingsdokumenten att bli tillgängligt (observera att detta kan komma att ändras) 2026-10-16 The Swedish Defence Materiel Administration [Försvarets Materielverk, FMV] hereby gives advance notice regarding a future procurement of a new Framework Agreement for woven uniforms and accessories with flame retardant and/ or IR requirements. The purpose of this announcement is to ensure potential bidders to have the best conditions to prepare for an upcoming procurement. This advance notice concerns a negotiated procedure with prior publication of contract notice (Swe. förhandlat förfarande med föregående annonsering) according to the Swedish Act on public procurement in the fields of defence and security (2011:1029) (Lagen om upphandling på försvars- och säkerhetsområdet, LUFS). The Framework Agreement regarding woven uniforms and accessories with flame retardant and/ or IR requirements is estimated to include a total of approximately 40 different uniform items divided on a few colours and several sizes. The majority is combat uniforms (jackets and trousers) even though caps, helmet covers, coveralls as well as snow jackets and trousers are also included in the scope. Most of the products are made out of a cotton/polyester blend. The scope is also estimated to include components, fabrics, repair patches and spare parts. The material/materiel/equipment in the tables below can be requested from FMV registrator, registrator@fmv.se. Reference to this enquiry shall be included in the request, Pattern material (for tender samples) 26FMVU1732. FMV original digital pattern files are available in Lectra Modaris mdl and/or Gerber ASTM dxf, and shall be used for the tender samples in accordance with Appendix 2.1.1 Pattern Group 1 -11628180 and Appendix 2.2.1 Pattern Group 2 -17081180. The files will be delivered via e-mail upon the Tenderer´s request in writing
