The City of Wolverhampton Council seeks to appoint one or more suitably qualified and experienced RICS Registered Valuers to provide impartial, timely and compliant valuation and negotiation services across the Council´s housing portfolio. Services will include valuations for Right to Buy (RTB), commercial lease negotiations and Heads of Terms, property purchases, land disposals, Affordable Rent reviews, and support for Compulsory Purchase (CPO) processes, ensuring compliance with RICS Valuation - Global Standards (Red Book), UK jurisdictional supplements, and the Council´s public law duties including Local Government Act 1972 s123 (best consideration reasonably obtainable) and relevant Government guidance – Lot nr.: 1 Lot 1- Property and Land Valuation Services This Lot can support SMEs and local businesses, as we would be looking for a local valuer with strong local knowledge of the property market, to deliver valuations, advice on valuations as well as boundary surveying services.
