This procedure seeks to procure supplies to support the implementation of ‘NDICI AFRICA/2025/488-221 Technical Assistance to Private Sector Development (PSD) support agencies - Tikuze Malawi. The procurement falls under Specific Objective 1 ‘Improve Malawi’s business environment’ in Financing Agreement NDICI/2023/045-130 Economic Governance for Investment - Tikuze Malawi, ACT-61645. The procured supplies are for the benefit of the following beneficiary institutions under the Technical Assistance project: - Ministry of Industrialization, Business, Trade and Tourism (MIBTT) in collaboration with the Department of Animal Health and Livestock Development (DAHLD) under the Ministry of Agriculture, - Malawi Investment and Trade Centre (MITC), - Malawi Bureau of Standards (MBS), - Competition and Fair Trading Commission (CFTC), and - Malawi Agricultural and Industrial Investment Corporation (MAIIC)

Supply, delivery and installation of office furniture

To procure office furniture to support the implementation of ‘NDICI AFRICA/2025/488-221 Technical Assistance to Private Sector Development (PSD) support agencies – Tikuze Malawi’. The furniture will benefit the Ministry of Industrialization, Business, Trade and Tourism (MIBTT) and the Competition and Fair-Trading Commission (CFTC) under the Technical Assistance project. The supply comprises standard office desks, seating, visitor chairs, filing cabinets and a reception desk to equip the beneficiary institutions’ working spaces.

Supply and delivery of honey sampling and testing equipment

To procure honey sampling and testing equipment to support the implementation of ‘NDICI AFRICA/2025/488-221 Technical Assistance to Private Sector Development (PSD) support agencies – Tikuze Malawi’. The equipment will benefit the Department of Animal Health and Livestock Development (DAHLD) under the Ministry of Agriculture as a beneficiary institution of the Technical Assistance project. The supply includes laboratory sampling and testing consumables, protective gear, field equipment and proficiency testing materials to strengthen honey quality control and laboratory analysis capacity.

Supply, delivery and installation of ICT equipment

To procure ICT equipment to support the implementation of ‘NDICI AFRICA/2025/488-221 Technical Assistance to Private Sector Development (PSD) support agencies – Tikuze Malawi’. The equipment will benefit the Ministry of Industrialization, Business, Trade and Tourism (MIBTT), Malawi Investment and Trade Centre (MITC), Competition and Fair-Trading Commission (CFTC), and Malawi Agricultural and Industrial Investment Corporation (MAIIC) as beneficiary institutions under the Technical Assistance project. The supply comprises servers, computers, networking hardware, software, and related accessories to strengthen digital infrastructure and connectivity across the designated beneficiary sites.

Supply, delivery and maintenance of motor vehicles

To procure motor vehicles to support the implementation of ‘NDICI AFRICA/2025/488-221 Technical Assistance to Private Sector Development (PSD) support agencies – Tikuze Malawi’. The vehicles will benefit the Ministry of Industrialization, Business, Trade and Tourism (MIBTT), Malawi Investment and Trade Centre (MITC), and Competition and Fair-Trading Commission (CFTC) as beneficiary institutions under the Technical Assistance project. The supply includes SUVs, a double cabin pick-up truck, and a minibus to support field operations and institutional mobility.
