This is in relation to the renewal framework for the supply and delivery of Heavy and Municipal Vehicles, available for all 32 council areas in Scotland and Scotland Excel Associate Members. It is anticipated this framework will incorporate various vehicle types, such as, but not limited to, refuse collection vehicles, road sweepers, tippers, skip loaders, gully emptiers, gritters, commercial vehicles, buses, bin lifts, trailers, aerial platforms and lorry mounted cranes. Specialist body building services, as well as options for alternatively fuelled vehicles (electric, hydrogen or hybrid etc) are also included.

Chassis

Lot 1 is for the supply and delivery of heavy vehicle chassis, covering a range of axle and cab configurations including but not limited to day cab, standard cab, low entry cab and sleeper cab.

Bin Lifts

Lot 10 is for the supply and delivery of Bin Lifts and Complete Bin Lift Vehicles.

Trailers

Lot 11 is for the supply and delivery of Trailers and Complete Trailer Vehicles.

Aerial Platforms

Lot 12 is for the supply and delivery of Aerial Platforms and Complete Aerial Platform Vehicles.

Lorry Mounted Cranes

Lot 13 is for the supply and delivery of Lorry Mounted Cranes and Complete Lorry Mounted Crane Vehicles.

Refuse Collection Vehicles

Lot 2 for the supply and delivery of Refuse Collection Vehicle bodies and complete Refuse Collection Vehicles (RCV).

Road Sweepers

Lot 3 is for the supply and delivery of Road Sweeper bodies and Complete Road Sweepers.

Tippers

Lot 4 is for the supply and delivery of Tipper bodies and Complete Tippers.

Skip Loaders

Lot 5 is for the supply and delivery of Skip Loader bodies and Complete Skip Loaders.

Gully Emptiers

Lot 6 is for the supply and delivery of Gully Emptier bodies and Complete Gully Emptiers.

Gritters

Lot 7 is for the supply and delivery of Gritter bodies and Complete Gritters.

Commercial Vehicles

Lot 8 is for the supply and delivery of commercial vehicles.

Buses

Lot 9 is for the supply and delivery of Bus bodies and Buses.
