Trondheim municipality, c/o Trondheim Bydrift, hereby invites suppliers to a written market dialogue for the coming competition for "2026 Framework agreement for the procurement of water meters Næring" in accordance with the supply regulation part II. The aim is to ensure an optimal and proportional organisation of the tender documentation in accordance with the municipality ́s overall procurement strategy (2023-2030). We would like to verify the planned commercial, formal and technical frameworks, as well as map the market maturity connected to circular climate and environment systems.
