The model moves away from high
volume individual referral seeking and
instead prioritises developing employer
centred referral pathways through
dedicated relationship management. It
also introduces sustainable workplace
culture change through Wellbeing Drop
Ins and Social Prescribing Champions
developed and embedded in workplaces.
This approach aligns with the updated
programme aim of supporting people in
employment to remain in work and
enables long-term impact within
organisations.

This contract has been awarded under the urgent circumstances provision of the Provider Selection Regime (PSR). This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.
