**CONTRACT AWARD***




A further competition has been undertaken against the ESPO Framework 245_25 Provision of Grounds and Gardens Maintenance, under Lot 1.


The tender has been evaluated and awarded as per the evaluation tender set out in the ITT documentation.


This contract is for the provision of Grounds and gardens maintenance service to NHC estate.


The contract is for the period 01 August 2026 to 31 July 2029, but has options to extend the contract for a further 2 x 12 months, meaning the final possible expiry date is 28 February 2031. The estimated contract value on this notice includes the extension years.
