Delivery of the ENOC solution remains on schedule and is expected to be technically complete by November 2026. However, following a review of implementation options, the business has decided to defer go-live and move to a single national deployment in January 2027. This will provide additional time for operational readiness, stakeholder engagement, assurance activities, deployment planning and user adoption, reducing the risk associated with implementation.
