The Material and IT Command (COMMIT) hereby invites you to participate in the market consultation for the provision of information that can be used to acquire a wirecutter for counter- improvised explosive device (C-IED) and Dutch EOD purposes. The wirecutter will be initiated with normal military exploders or an RF (radiofrequency) controller. The wirecutter has to be capable of cutting through electrical wires and cables. There must be absolute no effect of gas pressure, flame effects or material outside the confinement. The details are specified in the excel sheet provided in the tender.
