The contract was awarded through the Crown Commercial Service G-Cloud 14 Framework Agreement (RM1557.14). A review of suppliers and services available under the framework was undertaken against the Authority's requirements. The selected supplier's service was identified as meeting all mandatory requirements and represented value for money.
