Market dialogue - Renovation of Toppen, Gjestadtunet Ullensaker municipality invites relevant contractors to a market dialogue for the pending procurement of the renovation and alteration of the Toppen department on the 3rd floor at Gjestadtunet in Jessheim. The project comprises alterations of the existing institution areas to 16 in-house residents, divided between two residential groups, as well as upgrading the accompanying common areas and personnel facilities. The construction works shall be carried out at the same time that other parts of the building are in normal operation. The procurement is planned to be carried out as a turnkey contract in accordance with NS 8407, with an expected start-up in spring 2027. The aim of the market dialogue is to inform about the project and obtain inputs from the tender documentation before the competition notice. The municipality particularly wants input on the execution, progress and risk conditions for the renovation of the existing building.
