By entering into an agreement for the public procurement in question, for the entire duration of the agreement for a period of 24 months, the holder of the procurement assumes the entire responsibility and risk for functional, smooth, stable and constant (24x7) operation of the Control and Management System of the public city transport and electronic ticket collection (AFC) for the needs of JSPSkopje. The holder of the procurement for the entire duration of the contract for the public procurement in question will have to take care of regular and interventional maintenance of the system, while he has to bear the costs for the improvement of the software
