The Norwegian Coastal Administration shall procure a user friendly, efficient and future orientated digital system to support the contracting authority ́s need for uniform performance management. The system shall support target and result management in accordance with government guidelines, including the Ministry's management of the company, its internal management and control, as well as reporting and follow-up.
