NHSBT intends to establish a closed framework with a maximum of two suppliers. Following evaluation, the two highest-ranked compliant tenderers will be appointed. The highest-ranked supplier will be designated as the Primary Supplier and the second-ranked supplier as the Contingency Supplier. The framework will operate for four years and no minimum volume, value or expenditure is guaranteed.
