Radius Housing wishes to appoint one suitably qualified and experienced firm for the provision of Electronic Security & Access Control Systems Installation, Servicing and Response Maintenance to Include Physical Download of CCTV Footage at Radius Housing sites within Northern Ireland. The scope of services is to include: CCTV Maintenance/ Downloading - Full understanding of CCTV system operations for download purposes - Downloading of CCTV from offices or schemes across Northern Ireland - Working with statutory organisations for the purpose of providing CCTV footage for legal or Police requirements - Supply and fit of CCTV systems for a range of housing and office locations as and when required in Northern Ireland including remote access and night vision - Upgrade of analogue CCTV systems to digital - Design of CCTV systems for new build construction projects - Work as part of anti-crime project teams to design out crime in area of high anti-social behaviour levels - Work with multi agencies for legal and evidence-based requirements Suitable economic operators must provider their own hard drives for downloading CCTV and pass the footage to the association for viewing or transporting to a range of organisations such as insurance companies, police or legal representatives. Entrance Barrier Maintenance The required economic operator must have experience in repairing the following entrance barrier types including: - Roller shutter doors - Vertical rising arm barrier systems - Sliding gate barrier systems - Pneumatic arm gate contols - Key access bollard access control systems - Door release magnetic entrance systems The successful economic operator will be required to obtain and programme a range of remote control access management controllers for the association including; - Fobs - Swipe cards - Electronic button push - Digital card readers The successful economic operator will be required to provide a 30-minute response time period when requested by the association carry out a CCTV download or carry out maintenance to any of the access control barriers shown above in any location in Northern Ireland. Full, suitable and sufficient Risk Assessments and Procedural Instructions will be required on award of any contract.
