Cafe and Recreational Hub build for the general community. This includes an extension to existing building, alterations/refurbishment of existing building, creation of external seating area and extension of existing carpark to facilitate access to new facilities. This also also includes provision of access for people with impaired or restricted mobility and people with a disability so that the proposed new facilities are accessible by all of the community.
