The scope of the contract consists of the supply, transportation, assembly and delivery in working order of a 380 kV GIS, consisting of 24 bays and GIL of 2 km. The GIS including the GIL shall be split up in 2 sections. For this purpose the tender was split up in two lots:  Lot 1: 380 kV GIS Section 1  12 bays including approx. 1 km GIL  GIS shall be based on an alternative insulation method instead of SF6 for as much as possible. GIL only based on an alternative insulation method instead of SF6.  Lot 2: 380 kV GIS Section 2  12 bays including approx. 1 km GIL  GIS shall be based on an alternative insulation method instead of SF6 for as much as possible. GIL only based on an alternative insulation method instead of SF6.  Tenderer offered per section an optional price for an additional bay.
