Asker municipality would like to procure a digital rota generator that supports the preparation, control, explanation, adjustment, certification and publication of rotaries with high quality and efficiency. Reuse of ground data and minimisation of manual work and error sources are a goal in themselves. The system shall be able to produce legal, robust and practically applicable rota proposals based on, among other things, basic manpower, competence, job percentages, working hours rules, absences and employees ́wishes. It shall provide clear validation before generation, understandable deviations and impact viewing with manual adjustments. Employees shall be able to contribute in an easy way, whilst managers and support functions shall have a coherent and manageable work flow.
