Working collaboratively, PfH and Building Better are seeking to implement a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for MMC Category 2 construction systems. The intent is that the DPS will further support the shift in positioning Modern Methods of Construction as a mainstream solution for the development of new homes. In doing so we hope to push the boundaries of design standards with innovative, future-proofed solutions that achieve the highest environmental and sustainability standards. Full Turnkey Provision

Category 1: Full contractual responsibility of all elements, including principle contracting, to be borne by the Qualified Manufacturer.

Supply and Installation

Category 2: Contractual responsibility for supply and installation of manufactured product in line with agreed specifications and in collaboration with nominated Principle Contractors. Supply and Installation may see Principle Contractors appointed separately by PfH Members or collaboratively with support and recommendation from Qualified Suppliers.
