Announcement - Sub-contract 1 - International Insights - Analysis, research, insight and consultancy services within ICT for the health companies in The South-East Regional Health Authority.
Helse Sør-Øst shall enter into a framework agreement with one or several tenderers who can assist with strategic consultancy and flexible access to updated, independent and relevant knowledge on developments in the ICT area, including analyses, methods, tools, industry experts, benchmarking, conferences, as well as business adapted services. The services shall be made available via a portal/database. The procurement is divided into three sub-contracts (insert). Tenderers can choose to apply for participation in sub-contract 1 and/or 2, as well as sub-contract 3. Participation can only be applied for for sub-contract 3. Sub-contract 1. International Insights - Includes consultancy, analyses and insight based on international best practice, as well as access to expert competence. Tenderers shall have documented their inernational presence and data basis, covering markets outside of the Nordic countries. International insight means analyses, research, experiences, market data and expert competence that covers countries and markets outside the Nordic countries, and which gives the customer insight into international trends, technology development, the supplier market and best practice. Helse Sør-Øst shall enter into a framework agreement with one or several tenderers who can assist with strategic consultancy and flexible access to updated, independent and relevant knowledge on developments in the ICT area, including analyses, methods, tools, industry experts, benchmarking, conferences, as well as business adapted services. Regional insight - Includes consultancy, analyses and insight based on and adapted to Norwegian and Nordic conditions, including regulatory conditions, cooperation and health systems. Tenderers shall have knowledge of and insight into Norwegian and Nordic conditions, including the public sector and the health sector. Regional insight means analyses, data, research, benchmarking information, expert assessments and the experience basis that deal with or have been developed based on conditions in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Iceland. The insight shall be relevant for Nordic companies and it shall include conditions such as market development, technology development, organisation, management, rules, social development, digitalisation, best practice and experiences from equivalent entities in the Nordic countries. Helse Sør-Øst shall enter into a framework agreement with one or several tenderers who can assist with strategic consultancy and flexible access to updated, independent and relevant knowledge on developments in the ICT area, including analyses, methods, tools, industry experts, benchmarking, conferences, as well as business adapted services. The services shall be made available via a portal/database. The procurement is divided into three sub-contracts (insert). Tenderers can choose to apply for participation in sub-contract 1 and/or 2, as well as sub-contract 3. Participation can only be applied for for sub-contract 3. Sub-contract 3 - Enterprise adapted services - Includes services that require adaptations to the Contracting Authority's specific needs and which are not covered by sub-contracts 1 and 2. This can, for example, include targeted assignments, implementation of or assistance in concrete projects, or to use insight, analyses and data that is available through area 1 and/or 2 for further deepening. The services shall be a supplement/addition to that covered by area 1 and/or 2, therefore only tenderers can offer services for area 1 and/or 2 that can submit a tender for area 3.
