The Works involve upgrade works to existing science classrooms and store to include new furniture, doors, demolition of existing walls, new floors and finishes, wall finishes, M+E upgrade and all associated works. All works are to be carried out in accordance with the Technical Guidance Documents and best practice guidelines.
