The subject of the contract is design, organisation, and delivery of capacity-building activities aimed at strengthening the technical and operational skills of health personnel and Bilingual Patient Guides (BPGs) in the provision of mental health, psychosocial, and reproductive health services for Syrian migrants under Temporary Protection in Türkiye. The assignment focuses on improving service delivery, promoting health literacy, and enhancing institutional capacity through structured training and Training of Trainers (ToT) activities.

Provision of Trainings

The subject of the contract is design, organisation, and delivery of capacity-building activities aimed at strengthening the technical and operational skills of health personnel and Bilingual Patient Guides (BPGs) in the provision of mental health, psychosocial, and reproductive health services for Syrian migrants under Temporary Protection in Türkiye. The assignment focuses on improving service delivery, promoting health literacy, and enhancing institutional capacity through structured training and Training of Trainers (ToT) activities. Within the scope of the contract the following trainings will be provided: – Societal Traumas and Psycho-Social Support in Disasters Training – Training on Psychosocial Support for Vulnerable Groups – “PM+” (Problem Management) Training – Peer Bullying Training – Mental Health and Psychosocial Services Translation Training of BPGs – Reproductive Health Training – Training of Trainers (ToT) for Intra-Uterine Device (IUD) – Health Literacy Training of Trainers
