Trondheim municipality is considering to hold a competition for the procurement of a media monitoring system. The municipality would, thus, like to invite tenderers to an open dialogue with the market. The purpose of this market survey is to obtain valuable insight about the current market situation in this area. This will contribute to us designing a possible competition that is best adapted to both the municipality ́s needs and the market ́s possibilities. ParticipationMarked dialogue will be carried out by inviting tenderers to register for a digital 1 to 1 meeting that will be held with each of the tenderers who wish to participate. Furthermore, it is desirable that tenderers submit written input on the attached question/answer form after the meeting, it is also possible to only deliver written answers if this is most desirable. The deadline for registering for 1 to 1 meeting is Friday 02.10.2026, 14.00 Deadline for submitting written input is Thursday 15.10.2026, 14.00. After this it will still be possible to send us answers, but this cannot be expected to be taken into account in the further work on any procurement process.
