The Marine Engineering Division (MED) within the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine (DAFM) wishes to appoint a Single Point Design Team for the delivery of an Engineering Workshop and new accommodation for Marine Institute (MI) and Port of Waterford (POW) at Dunmore East Fishery Harbour Centre (FHC), Co Waterford. The Civil/Structural Engineering Consultant will be the Design Team Leader on project and shall be experienced in the design and delivery of commercial buildings and the design of public spaces. The Design Team will consist of a Civil/Structural Engineering Consultant (Design Team Leader), Architect, Quantity Surveyor, Building Services (M and E) Engineering Consultant and an Information Manager/BIM Consultant.
