Orkland municipality invites tenderers to a market dialogue for a planned procurement of an interaction contract for the New Orkdal Health Centre. The project comprises planning and construction of a new health centre at Rømme in the centre of Orkanger, which shall replace the current institution at Fannrem and collect central health and care services in one building. The approved management framework for the project is approx. NOK 1 billion. The objective of the dialogue is to give the market early information and obtain input before the competition is published. A joint market meeting will be held Friday 21 August 2026 in Orkanger, and 1-to-1 meetings with interested actors in August/September 2026.
