This is a prior information notice for a forthcoming contract for the Scottish Prison Service (SPS). Services required are deep cleaning of kitchens and serveries within Establishments across Scotland.

The Services include: Deep cleaning of the main kitchens and catering equipment Inspection and cleaning of grease extract systems Deep cleaning of servery areas located in different areas of each site The contract is anticipated to include all SPS sites
