Statnett intends to procure three pullers with pulling capacities of 9 tonnes, 35 tonnes and 65 tonnes and one puller tensioner. The machines will be used for overhead transmission line constructions, partly in areas without road access. Therefore, two of the units must be designed to be disassembled into air-transportable units and operated in the field. This is closer described in the Delivery Requirements. The machines shall be delivered to the Contracting Authority’s designated delivery address: Statnett SF, Brøtemsvegen 817, 7540 Klæbu.
