The provision of banking and associated treasury management services to support the Council's (and its partner organisations) day-to-day financial operations. The services required include the secure management of bank accounts, transaction processing, cash handling, payment and collection services, online banking facilities, reporting, and other related banking services necessary to support the efficient administration of the Council's finances.
