Vinje municipality would like assistance with preparing a complete preliminary project for a new waterworks in Arabygdi. The current waterworks has a water magazine of approx. 1 m³. The existing waterworks and accompanying borehol have a problem with detecting E. coli during heavy rainfall. The municipality would therefore like to use the water supply facility, including the borehola, and establish a safe, robust and future right to lie. The preliminary project shall give the municipality a good technical and economic fence basis. The consultant shall assess and recommend the placement and type of waterworks, the necessary capacity and water treatment, type and storleik on the building and water pool, as well as the type and capacity of pumps and other technical equipment. The preliminary project shall also include an assessment of the existing borehole, any new drilling water, proposals for a new water and sewage route and the necessary alterations to the existing leased network. It shall be particularly considered whether the waterworks should be placed higher in the terrain in order to reduce or avoid pumping until the bustads are practised at Farastadhaugen. Vidare shall vidare assess pressure conditions, stand-by, back-up supply, straum supply, control and overvaking. The delivery shall include the necessary surveys, remarks, coverings, cost estimates and a basic recommendation. The preliminary project shall have a detailed level that enables the municipality to overturn permits and plan vidare engineering design and execution.
