Background The existing agreement for bouquets of flowers, green plants and arrangements expires 31 December 2026. The contracting authority therefore needs to establish a new framework agreement to ensure further coverage of the company's ongoing needs. The procurement shall contribute to an appropriate, predictable and effective ordering of flower related products in the contract period. Description of the assignment The contracting authority shall enter into a framework agreement for the purchase and delivery of bouquets of flowers, green plants and arrangements. The delivery shall cover the company ́s need for flower products in the contract period and comprises a relevant assortment of bouquets of flowers, green plants and arrangements for different purposes, as well as the accompanying delivery as ordered. The framework agreement shall allow the contracting authority to make call-offs as needed within the agreed assortment and agreed terms. Further requirements for products, quality, ordering system, delivery and other terms will be in the tender documentation. The contracting authority will award contracts to 3-5 tenderers. At least 1 tenderer in each zone shall be adjusted. Zone means the old municipal borders to Andebu, Stokke and Sandefjord. For zone Sandefjord, up to 3 tenderers can be adjusted.
