OFA IKS invites potential suppliers to a market dialogue in connection with the planned procurement of a framework agreement for cleaning products with the accompanying services, as well as an option for robotic cleaning. The aim of the dialogue is to inform the market about the planned procurement and at the same time obtain input that can contribute to designing a tender documentation that provides good total economy, relevant environmental requirements and appropriate contract mechanisms over time. OFA IKS particularly wants input on the price model, assortment, limitations between product categories, handling smaller and larger machines, as well as how robotic cleaning can best be offered as an option in the framework agreement. We would also like to get market assessments of requirements for transport, follow-up, training, support and development in the market. The dialogue meetings will be held as individual meetings with representatives from OFA IKS and up to three representatives from each supplier. The meetings can be held physically at OFA IKS, Kjøita 40 in Kristiansand, or digitally via Teams, for 60-90 minutes. Suppliers are free to provide input on one or several of the topics.
