This procurement is for the provision of Film Advisor and Assessment Services to Arts Council, to inform the development and implementation of its Film policy, to provide critical evaluation of the artistic quality of work by funded and prospective artists and organisations, and to assess applications received under its funding programmes, awards and schemes.
