Kent County Council currently commissions accommodation-based services for Learning Disability, Physical Disability and Mental Health (LDPDMH) Residential Care. The existing arrangements are due to come to an end in 2027. The Council is therefore undertaking market engagement to support the progression of the new Working Age Adults Residential Living service, which will replace Learning Disability, Physical Disability and Mental Health (LDPDMH) Residential Care, and to inform the market of the approach for the procurement. This opportunity was originally advertised as combined with Supported Living, but will now be procured as a standalone framework.
