West Lothian Council is looking to engage with interested parties to obtain their views on the potential content and structure of the future advertising partnership. This will include bus shelter advertising alongside provision and maintenance of said shelters at locations throughout West Lothian within the West Lothian Council estate. West Lothian Council would like to engage with interested parties regarding the installation, maintenance and management of all bus shelter advertising across Council assets. In addition to manage the cleaning, installation, maintenance, repair and upgrade of those shelters.
