The purpose of this procurement exercise was to appoint a Cost Consultant under Lot 4 (Quantity Surveyor) on the NHS Shared Business Services Healthcare Planning Construction Consultancy and Ancillary Services (HPCCAS) framework agreement (SBS10190), to support the development of the New Frimley Park Hospital.

This ITT sought to appoint a Cost Consultant to provide cost consultancy services during RIBA Stage 2 and 3 design for Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust's New Hospital Programme scheme, procured as a further competition under the HPCCAS framework (SBS10190, Lot 4).

The commission covers cost planning, cost reporting, change control, lifecycle costing, whole life carbon advice and OBC/NHP support across RIBA Stage 2 and, subject to programme governance and funding approvals, RIBA Stage 3. The initial contractual commitment is for RIBA Stage 2 only, with an Authority option to extend the contract to include RIBA Stages 4 and 5 on negotiated hourly-rate terms.
