Troms county invites suppliers to a market dialogue for a coming procurement of PCs, IT user equipment and Teams Rooms systems. Troms County is in the planning phase for the procurement of a framework agreement for PC equipment, IT user equipment and Teams Rooms systems. The County Municipality has a continual and complex need for replacing, supplementing and standardising PCs, IT user equipment and meeting room units. There is a need for broad coverage of units so that different roles and use situations can be taken care of within the same procurement. The procurement shall therefore cover both ordinary needs connected to work surfaces and periphery equipment, as well as supplementing equipment for Teams Rooms systems in meeting rooms. The agreement shall include the delivery of PCs and IT user equipment, including docks, monitors, keyboards and mice. The agreement shall also include meeting room equipment, including Teams Room units (MTR), which are certified for Teams Rooms, which can be based on MTRoW and/or MTRoA. The contract will primarily include the delivery of equipment and any services connected to preparation, logistics and commissioning where necessary for roll-out. The aim of the dialogue is to obtain information from the market to ensure that the coming procurement complies with the county ́s needs and expectations, as well as the market ́s possibilities and recommendations. Tenderers are invited to share experiences, recommendations and information about available products, packages, service elements and other things that are relevant for the procurement. We would like feedback on the questions in the document "Market Dialogue - Framework agreement PC, IT user equipment and Teams Rooms systems" point 3. Questions can be answered directly in the Word document, which is uploaded in response to the market dialogue. The inputs will be treated confidentially and will not be visible to other suppliers. Note that Troms County will not refund any costs you may have in connection with responding to the market dialogue. When the deadline for responding to the market dialogue has expired, we will carefully review all received inputs. Then we will consider what input it might be appropriate to include in the competition documents. We note that the county is not obliged to comply with the inputs. The contracting authority would like the market dialogue to be answered in writing in Hyyr.
