RIGHT SUPPORT: RIGHT TIME is supported by PEACEPLUS, a programme managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB). The British Red Cross (BRC) is a humanitarian organisation that is committed to helping millions of people in the UK and around the world get the support they need when crisis strikes. BRC provide the people, equipment, space, and resources to support those affected by an emergency, helping them to recover. BRC also aims to provide services designed to help people most in need in the UK. The BRC wishes to procure a suitably qualified and experienced supplier for the provision of Interpretation and Translation Services who shall support the Right Support Right Time Project, which is being delivered in Northern Ireland. Right Support Right Time is a new mental health and wellbeing service which aims to ensure people get the wellbeing support that works for them. The project will on focus the social, economic and health inequalities that lead to poor mental health including financial issues, housing, relationships, loss, ill health, loneliness, physical health, disability, substance misuse and the impact of forced migration and displacement. Right Support Right Time will provide people with personalised support and information to help them positively take steps to deal with the issues causing them worry, anxiety and distress. British Red Cross’ current requirements include, but are not limited to: • Spoken face-to-face interpretation for a variety of languages and dialects. • Telephone interpretation for a variety of languages and dialects. • Non-spoken face-to-face interpretation. • Translation services for a variety of languages and dialects: and • Video Remote Interpreting.
