Milton Keynes City Council is exploring future models for the delivery of accommodation-based support for adults experiencing homelessness, housing instability and multiple disadvantage. Any future model is likely to require the following elements to be delivered as an integrated service. - Accommodation - Trauma-Informed Practice - Integrated Support - Progression and Move-On - Partnership Working
