The procurement is covered by the Public Procurement Act, 17 June 2016 no. 73 (LOA) and the public procurement regulations dated 12 August 2016 no. 974 (FOA) with any later amendments. Parts I and IV of the Public Procurement apply for this procurement. This procurement follows the procurement procedure in accordance with part IV of the Regulations. The contracting authority has the right to make clarifications and negotiate with tenderers to the degree that the Contracting Authority finds it appropriate. If negotiations are held on the sides of the tenders that are of importance for how the tender scores against the award criteria, the selection of tenderers will be made after an assessment based on the award criteria.

Nav initiative Oslo is acquiring the game based qualification for young adults (AMO) - Oslo.The intention of the course is for participants to be qualified to complete sixth form education. The objective of the course is to obtain qualification and support for exams in one or several disciplines as privatist. The courses are primarily aimed at mathematics, science, social studies, Norwegian English and history. Computer games shall be used as a subject and educational framework for the qualification. Participants shall gain knowledge and guidance on their possibilities of completing sixth form education, and guidance and assistance in achieving their goal of education or work.
