The Norwegian Public Roads Administration is working to change the award model for greenhouse gas emissions in coming procurements of railing contracts in order to more fully focus on greenhouse gas emissions included in the Norway their climate gas accounts.  The aim is to develop a model that premieres real emission reductions, both through: * Material Optimisation * Circularity * Transport  * Direct emissions from the execution of the contract We would like input from suppliers and sub-suppliers on their view that the proposed model is practically feasible, verifiable and suitable to stimulate real emission reductions without resulting in unnecessary documentation burden. We are also happy to receive other methods/approaches.
