Provision of a temperature monitoring system for the Catering and Special Feeds departments within CHI, which is aligned to the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) management system. The solution will be deployed in the new National Children's Hospital Ireland (NCHI) and may be extended to other CHI sites if required.
