Fjársýsla ríkisins (The Financial Management Authority - FMA) aim to tender a collections and arrears management solution to support public sector entities in managing claims, overdue payments and enforcement referrals. This is a Preliminary Market Consultation, in accordance with Art. 45 of the PPA, cf. Art. 40 of Directive 2014/24/EU.
