About the Assignment - the procurement ́s purpose and scope The contracting authority invites tenderers to a tender contest for a turnkey contract based on NS8407, in connection with project K1802 Ørsta Competence and Culture Centre (Ørsta KKS), in Ørsta municipality. The project shall be carried out as a turnkey contract for the detailed engineering design services for and the construction of the new culture and competence centre, with the accompanying outdoor area.
