PURCH2736 Framework for the Provision of Grounds Consumables and Tools for the Period of Two Years with the Option to Extend for Two Periods of up to Twelve Months Each Lot 1 – Provision of Soil, Compost, Bark and Mulching Materials for Horticultural, Arboricultural and Landscape Applications The University intend to implement a ranked multi supplier Framework consisting of six Lots with a maximum of two Suppliers awarded to each for the Provision of Grounds Consumables, and Tools. This procurement process is being conducted using the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation (CPN) in accordance with the requirements of Regulation 30 of the PC(S)R 2015. This approach has been adopted to enhance the efficiency of evaluating supplier responses across both stages (SPD and ITT).
