The Council seeks to establish contracts for the delivery of community-based support services for ethnic minority communities. The procurement is divided into four Lots, with the detailed scope, service requirements, estimated values and delivery expectations set out within the Lot descriptions and procurement documents. Services are intended to improve accessibility, inclusion and outcomes for service users across the borough. – Lot nr.: 1 Asylum Seekers and Refugees (including dispersed populations) This commission aims to develop a deeper understanding of the health and wellbeing needs of asylum seekers and refugees in Wirral enabling targeted action that reduces health inequalities and improve outcomes for these communities. The Service will provide an integrated, community-based and culturally responsive model to reduce health inequalities and improve outcomes for asylum seekers and refugees across Wirral. Through trusted community settings and effective referral pathways, it will improve access to health, wellbeing and wider support services, providing coordinated, person-centered assistance.
