The contract relates to the continued provision of onsite and offsite GP Services for East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust. Following an assessment undertaken in accordance with the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023, the Trust intends to award a new contract to the incumbent provider under Direct Award Process C.

The service was awarded equally across the five key criteria below (20%) each, as the Service felt each of the criteria require required equal consideration
