1.1.Ubico Ltd are conducting a Further-competition for the provision of supply, delivery and recycling of wheeled bins and associated products to support waste collection services. 1.2.This Further-Competition is issued in relation to the Refuse and Recycling Products Framework Agreement, procured by YPO in compliance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. This Further-Competition will involve inviting Tenders from all Suppliers who were successfully awarded onto Lot 3 and Lot 4.
