Waterford City and County Council wish to procure an Architect led multidisciplinary design team for the proposed redevelopment of 25-26 O Connell Street. The design team will include an Architect accredited in conservation Grade 3, Civil/Structural, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, Quantity Surveyors and a Building Energy Consultant.
