Oslo municipality c/o the Agency for Water and Sewerage Works (VAV) is planning to procure a framework agreement for surveying and scanning. VAV needs to carry out a market survey, see the attached questions. The services can include the following: * Surveying and documentation of pipes, manholes and other existing water and sewage installations above and below ground.  * Laser scanning and finishing work of point clouds (tunnels, culverts, process installations and ponds)  * Deformation measurements, settlement measurements with precision reels * Consultant for field and office work for long periods as needed.  * Surveying/scanning ponds in * Other services can include, for example, terrain surveying, profiling, staking out axes, staking out objects, surveying technical installations, data processing, production of drawings/reports.
